SMOKE HOUSE CLEANER is a food grade heavy duty liquid alkaline detergent which is especially effective for smoke house cleaning and complete removal of tough, baked-on soils prevalent in heat processing equipment. The high active alkalinity and unique blend of surfactants and wetting agents of this product enhances saponification and dispersion of fatty soils. It remains stable for high temperature spray cleaning. Apart from its low cost, SMOKE HOUSE CLEANER is an excellent water conditioning and provide good rinsing.
